From Zambia Workshop

Communications is a fundamental need. Everywhere we have gone -- once again demonstrated during this workshop -- we have found the poorest people using whatever communications technology they are able to get their hands on. The photo above shows a satellite TV dish on a one-room house. The fact that these people barely enough to stay alive and yet they install a satellite dish shows the importance they give to being in touch with the rest of the world.
